Teacake Bake Shop is an award-winning boutique bakery specializing in cupcakes, cookies, and brownies. Each product is handcrafted and baked from scratch in small batches using only the finest, natural ingredients. The site features an array of delectable treats to satiate the sweet-tooth in everyone.

The Challenge

Teacake Bake Shop sought an updated, streamlined site that reflected the company aesthetic and brought the brand and ethos of the retail store to the web. Thorough research and extensive design work ECP broke through the clutter of the previous site and permitted Teacake’s tasty treats to take center stage. Custom features were also implemented to optimize conversions:

• A “View All” feature insures every product is seen on a single page, thereby increasing usability.
• An easy-to-read delivery calendar informs buyers of custom shipping options, particularly important when delivering fresh baked goods.
• Custom Gift Notes are available at checkout, allowing buyers to personalize their gifts.
