This is what is known as a shared hosting solution, which means that your site will sit on a web server with other sites. This is not recommended for high traffic or application intense websites.
The main advantage of shared hosting is it’s the least expensive option. Disadvantages include the chance that your site will crash if the traffic to your site suddenly increases, and, because you’re sharing the server with a number of other unknown sites, if any of those sites have a sudden traffic increase, it can slow or crash your site as well. You also have less control over the server with this solution, since you are sharing it with others.
