SES Creations is a jewelry reseller located in the heart of New York’s Diamond District. Specializing in high-end jewelry, SES is known for its extensive inventory, classic and colored diamonds, precious colored stones, and unique settings.

The Challenge

To create a consumer flash brochure site and a wholesale catalog cart site, both from scratch, with a limited selection of the client’s existing magazine ads as design direction. Using their tag line “Classics Never Fade Away” as inspiration for the flash intro, we went with classic, quintessential New York images to describe and highlight their four collections: Classics, Bridal, Fashion, and Color.

We needed to create two independent websites, but at the same time, the look and feel needed to have a similar scheme that worked for both. After coming up with a successful design direction, and a number of revisions and adjustments later, we managed to bring their recognizable magazine ads to life with the flash site. The wholesale login site will make its debut in the spring of 2007.
