Brownstone Lane II offers idyllic townhouses and condominiums in a historic Manhattan location. Spacious family-sized townhomes offer privacy and charm; condominium apartments impart the urbane chic of a doorman-attended residential tower.

The Challenge

Our aim was to create a Flash animation site showcasing this beautiful new residential development in a rapidly gentrifying Manhattan neighborhood. In addition to elegant photography displaying exterior and interior highlights by category and descriptive copy, the site includes floor plans and unit availability. For potential clients unfamiliar with the location and its amenities, we designed an interactive map listing landmarks, parks, restaurants, shopping, transportation and services.
