The challenge:
This business-to-business site serves multiple functions: as a marketing site it promotes SBA’s custom software development, consulting and IT services; as an ecommerce site it sells integration software. We had to combine these site objectives into one smooth interface that kept navigation clear and logical, complex descriptions simple, and tech support front and center. In addition to account login and shopping cart, the site offers trial downloads and software updates for existing customers.
