While Oz Moving & Storage already had a strong website for some time, the company decided it wanted more. It wanted an online presence that would convey Oz Moving and Storage's competitive advantage and special "magic" to online browsers. To this end, the company decided to create a flash animation and called ECommerce Partners' to the task.
Solution:
Ecommerce Partners set out to create a pixel-art-style flash animation depicting a typical metropolitan city, with high risers, traffic, and people on the street. Throughout the city there are billboards advertising OZ Moving & Storage's diverse services and awards. Voices of different people, including a newspaper boy, a shop owner, and a police man, are activated via mouse rollover and explain the advantages of working with the Wizard of Moving. For example, when placing the curser over the city's Box Store, a friendly voice explains that OZ Moving & Storage sells boxes in all shapes and sizes online.
But the animation is more than a fun format, in which to display Oz Moving & Storage's offerings. It is an effective marketing tool that helps convert visitors into customers offering special interactive tabs and putting all necessary information at the browser's fingertips.
